Our standard order processing time is 1–5 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

• Orders are prepared and packaged for shipment.

• If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, our customer service team may contact you to discuss available alternatives or applicable refund options.

• If your order contains multiple items and some items are temporarily unavailable, we may ship the available items separately, where applicable.

Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of more than US$59.98 qualify for free shipping, subject to the shipping options available for your destination.
